Falconry experience
I had been treated to a half day falconry experience and today was the day. Callum looked after us so well. His knowledge of and love for the birds was obvious and if you don’t mind the pun, the morning flew by.
We fed and flew three owls and a hawk and ended the morning taking part in the demo in the castle.
Add to this the friendly staff, pretty gardens and excellent cake, and it was a treat indeed.
